With 42 Countries under my belt, I am prepared to make the following predictions regarding the culinary fitness of the countries that we have visited in the past 7 months.

• #1 Culinary Country - VIETNAM
  
• #1 Chef - Merrick, of course
• #1 Meal - Mourne Seafood Bar, Belfast (Ryan's 35th B-day Dinner)
• #1 City - Hoi An, Vietnam
• #1 Dish - Eland Schnitzle, Namibia
• #1 Beer - Draught Guinness, Sweeny's Pub, Ireland
• #1 Wine - Namibia/South Africa, too many to count!

We still have 2 more months on the road, so the race is still on . . .
